By using AVFreelancer, you agree to these Terms.

Platform Role

AVFreelancer is only a facilitator connecting freelancers and clients. It is not an employer, contractor, staffing agency, consultant, or service provider.

Freelancer Responsibilities

Freelancers are independently responsible for their qualifications, work quality, safety, taxes, insurance, and professional conduct.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must verify freelancer credentials, define scope, agree on payments, ensure site safety, and comply with applicable laws.

Payments

All payments are directly between client and freelancer. AVFreelancer is not responsible for payment delays, disputes, GST/TDS, or recovery.

Liability

AVFreelancer is not liable for work quality, delays, damages, losses, accidents, injuries, theft, or project failure.

Disputes

Any dispute must be resolved directly between freelancer and client.

Accounts

Fake profiles or misuse may lead to suspension or permanent removal.

Changes

Policies may change without prior notice.

Safety Policy

Users must follow applicable safety standards, PPE requirements, electrical safety, client SOPs, and local laws. AVFreelancer is not responsible for workplace accidents or safety violations during project execution.
